Payment & Security
Gandrex is committed to providing a clear and secure checkout experience when you purchase smart-home products through gandrex.com. This page explains how payments are processed, what information may be required, and how you can help protect your transaction.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary according to your location, billing currency, device, order value, and the services supported by our payment providers.
Depending on availability, checkout options may include major credit or debit cards, digital wallets, express checkout services, local payment methods, and other options supported by our payment providers.
Do not send cash, checks, money orders, bank credentials, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or complete payment-card details to customer support. Payment should only be completed through the checkout options displayed on gandrex.com.
2. Secure Checkout
Information submitted during checkout is transmitted through an encrypted connection. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers that maintain their own security controls and process transaction information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Depending on your payment method, your bank or payment provider may require an additional identity check, verification code, biometric confirmation, or other authentication step before approving the transaction.
3. Payment Information
Your payment provider may collect information such as your card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, account identifier, or other details needed to authorize payment.
Gandrex generally receives limited transaction information, such as payment status, payment method type, transaction reference, billing details, and amount paid.
We do not need your complete card number, card security code, online banking password, or one-time verification code to provide customer support.
4. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.
Your financial institution may place a temporary authorization hold when an order is submitted. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.
The applicable bank, card issuer, or payment provider determines when an unused authorization is released.
5. Billing Information
The billing name, address, postal code, and other information entered at checkout should match the records held by your bank or payment provider. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause a transaction to be declined, delayed, or sent for additional verification.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the billing information and final order total before completing payment.
6. Currency and Conversion Fees
Your order will be charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, foreign-transaction fee, or currency-conversion charge.
Fees imposed independently by financial institutions or payment providers are not controlled by Gandrex and are not refundable by us.
7. Taxes, Shipping, and Additional Charges
The final amount due will be shown before you submit payment. Where applicable, the total may include product charges, shipping fees, sales tax, discounts, or other amounts disclosed during checkout.
International orders may also be subject to import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges that are not collected during checkout.
Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
8. Payment Review and Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and the store, certain orders may be reviewed for unusual, inconsistent, or potentially unauthorized activity.
A review may include checking billing information, delivery information, payment status, order quantity, device information, transaction patterns, or other details reasonably necessary to evaluate the order.
We may contact you when additional information is reasonably required to verify a transaction.
If the required information cannot be verified, an order may be delayed, declined, or cancelled.
Important Security Notice
Gandrex will not ask you by email, telephone, text message, or social media to provide:
- Your complete payment-card number;
- Your card security code;
- Your online banking password;
- Your customer-account password;
- Your card PIN;
- A one-time security or authentication code; or
- Remote access to your computer or mobile device.
9. Declined or Failed Payments
A payment may be declined because of insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, an expired payment method, card or account restrictions, authentication failure, transaction limits, unsupported currency or location, or security controls applied by the payment provider.
If payment is unsuccessful:
- Confirm that your billing and payment details are correct;
- Check that the payment method is active and has sufficient funds;
- Complete any authentication requested by your bank;
- Contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider if necessary; or
- Use another payment option displayed at checkout.
For privacy and security reasons, banks and payment providers may not disclose the precise reason for a declined transaction to Gandrex.
10. Pending and Duplicate Charges
Multiple checkout attempts may create temporary pending authorizations. These may appear similar to duplicate charges even when only one payment has been completed.
Customers should review whether each transaction is listed as pending or completed.
Pending authorizations are normally released according to the applicable financial institution’s processing schedule.
If two completed charges appear for the same order, contact service@gandrex.com with your order number, transaction dates, and charged amounts.
Do not send your complete card number or card security code.
11. Order Confirmation
After a successful checkout, an order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if the order, delivery, or billing information appears incorrect.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order request but does not always constitute final order acceptance.
Orders remain subject to payment verification, product availability, delivery eligibility, fraud review, and our Terms of Purchase.
12. Pricing and Checkout Errors
Gandrex aims to display accurate product prices and order totals.
A website, system, data-entry, currency, promotional, or technical error may occasionally cause incorrect information to appear.
If a material pricing or checkout error is identified before fulfillment, we may contact the customer, request confirmation at the correct amount, cancel the affected item or order, issue an appropriate refund, or take another action permitted by applicable law.
We will not intentionally increase a completed order amount without appropriate notice and authorization.
13. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may be subject to conditions such as:
- Start and expiration dates;
- Product or collection restrictions;
- Minimum order requirements;
- Customer or location restrictions;
- Single-use limitations;
- Restrictions on combining offers; or
- Other terms displayed with the applicable promotion.
A promotional code must be successfully applied before payment is submitted.
Unless otherwise required by law, promotions generally cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at service@gandrex.com.
Please include your full name, order number, email address used during checkout, and the requested change.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled.
Orders may enter processing shortly after payment. Once fulfillment, packaging, shipping-label creation, or dispatch has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
15. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
After an eligible refund has been approved, Gandrex generally submits the refund within 7 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, digital-wallet provider, or other financial institution may require additional time to post the funds after the refund has been submitted.
Return eligibility, inspection requirements, return authorization, and refund conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Gandrex generally cannot redirect a refund to an unrelated card, another person’s account, cryptocurrency wallet, gift card, or private bank account submitted by email.
16. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe that a duplicate payment occurred, a refund has not appeared, an amount is incorrect, an order was not recognized, or another payment issue remains unresolved, you are encouraged to contact service@gandrex.com first.
Contacting us may allow the matter to be reviewed using available order, payment, communication, fulfillment, and delivery information.
If a chargeback or payment dispute has already been opened, we may provide relevant transaction, fulfillment, delivery, refund, and communication records to the applicable payment provider.
Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights available through their bank, payment provider, or applicable law.
17. Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice a payment that you do not recognize, contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider immediately to protect the affected account.
You may also contact Gandrex at service@gandrex.com.
Include any available order reference, transaction date, and amount, but do not send complete card credentials, passwords, PINs, or verification codes.
18. Protecting Yourself Online
Smart Shopping Security
- Complete purchases only through gandrex.com;
- Confirm that the website address begins with “https://”;
- Use a strong, unique password for your customer account;
- Do not share passwords, PINs, or one-time verification codes;
- Avoid entering payment information on unsecured public networks;

19. Fraudulent Communications
Gandrex customer support will not ask you to disclose your online banking password, complete card number, card PIN, or one-time verification code by email, telephone, text message, or social media.
Be cautious of messages requesting payment through gift cards, cryptocurrency, personal transfers, or payment links unrelated to the official checkout process on gandrex.com.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to represent Gandrex, do not provide financial information. Contact service@gandrex.com for assistance.
20. Privacy
Information connected with payment processing, fraud review, order processing, and transaction security is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment providers may also process personal information under their own privacy notices, security standards, and legal obligations.
21. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping account and payment credentials secure and for providing accurate billing, delivery, and checkout information.
When submitting payment, you confirm that the selected payment method is being used with proper authorization and that the transaction is not being submitted for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Nothing on this page limits any consumer or payment right that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Payment & Security Policy to reflect changes to our checkout process, payment providers, security measures, fraud-prevention practices, store operations, or legal obligations.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
